To find the volume of a triangular prism, we will use the formula Volume = Area of the triangular base × the length of the prism. V=(½bh)l
In the first example, the base (b) of the triangle is 8, the height (h) of the triangle is 8, and the length (l) of the prism is 8. Now we can fill in the formula.
V=(½bh)l
V=(½×8×8)8
